On signing this form the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions 1. Payment
A deposit of 50% of total cost is required within 5 working days to ensure the booking is confirmed.
The remaining 50% must be received by the Company a minimum of 14 days prior to occupying the property. For bookings during Peak Season the balance is due 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival.
Peak Season deposit is a Non- Refundable Deposit.
A refundable deposit of KSH 1000.00 per person will be collected on receipt of deposit or full payment. The following mode of payments are accepted.
* Cash
* Cheque – Payable to “LANGATA LINK LTD”
* Credit Card - Visa, Master card
* Telegraphic Transfer – Ask for bank details Late bookings (less than three weeks between the enquiry & arrival)
If booking is to be confirmed, Full Cash payment will be required, 7 (seven) days before departure. However, last minute bookings will be looked at a case to case basis and payment MUST be settled in CASH 2. Cancellation
If the client should not pay the balance of the rental price by 14 days prior to occupation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and to retain the deposit. If the client should wish to cancel their booking after signing this document, the notification should be in writing and the following charges will apply; Period before departure Cancellation charge

14 days or less 100% In any event, full payment must be received before clients’ arrival. 3. Occupation In occupying the Property, the Client and the Client’s party should understand that it is a private home and should be treated as such. Care must be taken with the Owners Property and everything should be left in the condition it was found. Breakages must be reported and a replacement fee will be charged. In the interest of good neighborliness, occupants are requested to avoid noise and behavior that might constitute nuisance. During the time of your booking, please specify the exact number of adults and children - if the adults are couples or singles, the ages of children – over 12years is an adult. No more than the maximum number of people indicated on the voucher should occupy the property without agreement of The Company in advance. If the Company agrees to increase the number, a further fee will be charged per person per night. If the above conditions are not adhered to and/or any extra person over the above voucher, shows up to the house without prior consultation, the guest will be denied access to the property. If at any one time you need to extend your stay, you will have to check with our offices first (on working days – Mon – Fri ) before noon, if available you must pay for the extra night/s to the caretaker at the house on the same day as you enquire. Payment next day will not be accepted and you will be required to check out as per the voucher date. In the case of a weekend, if our offices are not advised by Friday, extension will not be allowed. Please note check out times is strictly 10.00am. The Company assumes no liability for damage to person or property of the occupants of the Property. 4. PRIVATE HOMES All the self catering properties are owned by owners who either stay locally or are living abroad. Langata Link do not own these homes. The houses are built to the taste of the owners. Some are very tastefully furnished whereas most are furnished to a level of good comfort. The idea of home away from home means enjoying the accommodation and facilities of another persons house. All homes are provided with comfort beds, linens and towels. Do kindly note these are not luxurious five star hotels. I hereby agree to the above conditions and enclose a 50% deposit / full payment made payable to ‘Langata Link Ltd’. ......................................................... ..............................................
